Elena S. from Milwaukie, Oregon

This is a pretty good ramen broth. Nothing like what you will find at a restaurant, but a decent bowl when you are at home and don’t feel like going out. Add some Sriracha to take it to the next level.

4
Raquel K. from Sugar Land, Texas

I liked it a lot, special the fact that you can use in so many diferents ways… my favorite one was with rice pasta, it really taste great, but i also use it to prepare my vegetables and it give them a Very special flavor.

marie L. from Berwyn, Illinois

I was excited to try out this product. We used it with noodles. It gave it a really tasty taste. i really like that this product uses clean ingredients.

5
Kyla W. from Newberg, Oregon

this broth is delicious! I added noodles and chicken with a few veggies, and it was the perfect meal! It’s not too salty tasting like many other broths I’ve tried.

3
Claire S. from El Paso, Texas

The whole family tried the RAMEN Broth mixed in noodles and veggies, and they actually liked it.
The flavor of the broth was a little strong and salty, but it was so easy to use. What I did appreciate is the
vegan and gluten free ingredients.

4
sarah K. from Orlando, Florida

I decided to try the broth by itself and thought it was extremely flavorful and was tempted to just eat the whole container plain but the next day I decided to add a bunch of vegetables and worked out great. I would definitely get the Ramen Broth again and look forward to trying the other flavors, I also love that it is such a good source of vitamin D.

Kim M. from Glen Ellyn, Illinois

I received a free sample of Ocean’s Halo Ramen Broth from Social Nature. I used it to make a tasty soup for my family. It made a quick, convenient meal, as I only needed to add some broccoli, precooked noodles and tofu for a delicious dinner! My family really liked the flavor, and we all enjoyed the meal immensely. I love the fact that the broth is organic, vegan and uses sustainable ocean farmed kelp. Great product!

5
zilda B. from Hanford, California

Ramen Broth by Oceans Halo is delicious. I used it just as it was. It is a great vegan, gluten free broth. Plus it’s s great source of vitamin D.

5
Moriah C. from Athens, Georgia

I thought I loved Ramen before, but after using this broth I love it even more!! I added spinach carrots & egg, but I love that it allows the option of being vegan. Simply yummy. Will be purchasing again and recommending to friends & family.

4
JoAnn P. from East Meadow, New York

I really liked the taste of Ramen Broth from Ocean’s Halo. I made a great ramen bowl with some chicken and noodles and few veggies, the only problem I have with it is the sodium content. If you don’t have a sodium issue, this is terrific.

3
Abby K. from Olathe, Kansas

Ramen broth is one of those things that seems like an easy way to fancy something up without any actual additional effort. I truly love real ramen/pho, and had hoped this product would let me create my own version at home. What I wasn’t counting on, though, was the, um, ocean-y flavor that would dominate the other flavors in my cooking. For some reason, this was waaaayyyy too fishy kelpy for me. I’ll stick with veggie broth from now on.

4
Dominica R. from Seattle, Washington

It was so easy to use, very very convenient. The taste seemed spot on and wasn’t too thin or too thick. I would recommend it totally. Enjoy!

4
Ashley C. from Harvey, Illinois

I had never tried ramen broth before but this particular broth was super delicious. I added this broth to my cabbage stew and ramen noodles. It was warm and similar to chicken broth. The only downside to the product is that the sodium percentage is fairly high. In moderation, this ramen broth is still a great option for soups, stews, and noodle dishes.

3
Noelle L. from Davenport, Iowa

I used this as a base for a veggie noodle soup. I don’t know if the product was just old, even though it wasn’t outdated, but the broth was slimy and clumpy which I have never had with this brand. The taste was bitter as well.

5
Rebecca Y. from Leetsdale, Pennsylvania

LOVED this! Ocean’s Halo Ramen Broth tasted delicious! I used it for a basic ramen bowl, not too many added ingredients so the taste of the actual broth really came through and would have ruined the dish had it not been as high quality. I was very satisfied with this product.

5
Brianne B. from Indiana, Pennsylvania

Oh my gosh! This will be the broth that we will be buying from now on to make Ramen soup! No more buying pre-packaged ramen bowls for us! We made a variety of bowls with this broth, utilizing rice noodles one night and wheat noodles the next. We could not believe how great the taste was! And to know that this is vegan, organic, and non-GMO just puts icing on the cake. So very happy to have found this product. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys a good bowl of ramen. This will knock you socks off!

5
Caitlin D. from Elgin, Illinois

I was looking forward to trying Ramen broth at home!. Gathered all the ingredients and followed the basic directions. Boil some noodles, added the broth and veggies and it turned out DELICIOUS! Very yummy and comfy Ramen at home. I’m very happy with the results and going to try other flavors of broth!

Denise N. from Mocksville, North Carolina

The carton of Ocean’s Halo Ramen broth is a colorful red with bold printing and certified USDA ORGANIC is displayed right on the face! But it’s true beauty is in the way it tastes!! My free carton from Social Nature made four bowls! That’s a real value for the price! Amber liquid that was slightly sweet, salty, savory, and..well, very unami! I purchased dried lo mein noodles to steep in the broth, added diced green onions and topped it off with an egg. Two bowls down and I definitely wanted more! I told my daughter, her husband, and most of my friends to give Ocean’s Halo a try for an authentic bowl of ramen!! I know that because it is organic, rich in nutrients, and sustainable that Ocena’s Halo will be apart of my pantry on a regular basis!

5
Melanie F. from Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania

Loved it, I would definitely buy this product. The taste was great and I love the resealable container. I also want to try their Miso broth. Only issue I had is I wish the coupons we gave would not have expired so quickly.

4
T Stella B. from Denver, Colorado

WOW! talk about making Ramen bowls easy! I just peeped all my ingredients, heated the broth, mixed and boom…there is dinner. I would have given it 5 stars but it was really hard to get. Only ONE Way-mart in my area had it and they were out for awhile. If you like to make noodle bowls…this is the thing you need.

5
Mandy F. from Jacksonville, Florida

I got to try this Ramen Broth free thanks to SocialNature. My Walmart was out of it for awhile but I did finally find it in stock. I followed the directions on the box and had a quick and easy meal. My family really liked the taste, but it was a bit salty for me. I will purchase again as it is a quick and easy meal to make when I’m short of time and just don’t know what to make for dinner. #gotitfree #trynatural

4
Schelena S. from High Point, North Carolina

So I was definitley afraid and excited to try this product because I love ramen. Looking at the picture on the box I was expecting this to look the color of a chicken or beef broth… boy was I wrong. The color was very odd and off putting, it was more of a creamy light green color and definitley tasted and smelled of seafood, but I guess that’s due to the kelp. The taste however was really good, and instead of using it in Ramen, I used it to cook my brown rice in it. It was seasoned very well and i didn’t have to add anything to it. I think this would work very well in a seafood dish, but if colors or smells scare you, this probably isn’t the item for you. I want to try the miso broth just to compare, but I would definitley buy this again.

kristal F. from Orlando, Florida

This Ramen Broth by Ocean’s Halo is delicious! It is so versatile! You can use it as a base to unlimited meals, or use it for a great ramen dish! #trynatural

5
Jeannine L. from Philadelphia , Pennsylvania

This broth was a huge hit in my house, I’m so glad we tried it! My hubby and kids enjoyed it just as much as I did, which is astonishing to me because my kids are the true definition of picky-eaters. This Ramen Broth is super versatile and can be used in many different ways, in many different dishes/soups & it Tastes 100x better than other Ramen soups I’ve tried in the past. It’s an organic, kelp-based broth, which means it’s packed with vitamins, minerals & protein. Not only is it the healthier option, but it’s the more flavorful option as well. So far I’ve simmered pork, chicken, veggies & noodles but can’t wait to try new recipes!
*I received this product for free, in return for my honest feedback. All opinions are 100% my own.

5
KATHY M. from Orlando, Florida

I was somewhat skeptical about the Ocean’s Halo Ramen Broth after reading the ingredient list, although they were all organic. But it was really good. My family and I enjoyed making homemade ramen type bowls at home with ingredients we wanted in it. I could see myself purchasing the Ocean’s Halo Ramen and some other products I now know they have after looking on their website again.

5
Shivani N. from Whitehouse Station, New Jersey

I really enjoyed Ocean Halo’s Ramen Broth! It was very flavorful and made a delicious dish. My family and I enjoyed it very much. I love the ingredients (clean and sustainable!!!!) and love that it fits my lifestyle. It was so easy to work with, just added some noodles, veggies, and soft boiled egg and voila, it was delicious. I would definitely recommend giving this a try if you are a fan of ramen!

5
Yukiko S. from Fontana, California

I tried Ramen Broth thanks to SocialNature and I really liked the fresh taste. I added soba noodles with vegetables until they were slightly cooked. It tasted great.

4
Kacey S. from Medford, Oregon

Honestly, going in I was pretty certain my family and I wouldn’t enjoy this product; however, we are always open to new things. We are not huge ramen people and the idea that this was kelp-based scared us a bit. I tasted the broth before I started cooking and still felt uneasy about basing my whole meal around it. Twenty minutes later, I had beautiful bowls of ramen with the broth, carrots, green onion, and some shredded chicken. I added some jalapeno toppers to mine for heat. First bite….not bad….second bite…still not bad….third bite and on…WOW this is actually really good! It had a slight after taste reminding me of seaweed, but that was quickly overcome by the flavors that worked so well together. I commend this product for exceeding my expectations!

4
Susanne D. from Salt Lake City, Utah

I love this broth, plain and simple! Just heat, add whatever you like, veggies, noodles, meat and you’re ready to eat in minutes. What more could you ask for? It tastes great! I will definitely be stocking up on this!

5
michelle B. from Columbia, South Carolina

Ocean’s Halo broth is made from seaweed, which is something I had never heard of before and, frankly, I didn’t know what to expect. However, I wanted to give it a try and I have heard of health benefits from plant based foods. We used it to make a vegetable noodle soup. It was really good. I couldn’t tell a lot of difference in more traditional broths in regards to taste or texture. I would recommend and would buy again.

5
Maribel H. from Fort Worth, Texas

I loved the taste of Ramen broth it tastes so original, I added udon noodles, scallions, hard boiled egg, veggies and seaweed my family loves Asian cuisine and definitely enjoyed it. Thank you #trynatural #Ocean’shalo

5
Tanya S. from Milan, Tennessee

First, I found it in the Oriental section of my local Walmart. I decided to make a soup out of my Ocean’s Halo Ramen Broth. I followed the directions o the box and I added noodles, green onions, mushrooms, sliced boiled eggs and chicken. I loved the taste and it smelt like the sushi you eat at the restaurant. My husband and I really enjoyed the smell and taste of Ocean’s Halo Ramen Broth. I recieved this complimentary for testing purposes and is fully my own opinion. #trynatural #gotitfree

4
Nancy T. from Aloha, Oregon

I received a coupon to try one of Ocean’s Halo Ramen Broth’s for free. It was a bit hard to find in my area, Portland, OR, but I found it. This has been perfect for me as I enjoy Ramen, but have trouble with gluten and don’t have hours to cook a nice Ramen Broth. I used some Gluten Free Brown rice Ramen noodles, some mushrooms and some chicken and added it to the broth and it was a perfect quick dinner. I will definitely be trying this again and probably with zoodles next time!

3
Carrie M. from Blackwood, New Jersey

I have to say this was a little difficult to find, but it was pretty good. It did have a slightly more salty taste than I would have liked, but it made a good ramen noodle soup otherwise. In moderation, the sodium content is okay. I wish they did have a lower sodium option.

3
Megan K. from Buffalo, New York

I simmered raw veggies in the ramen broth until they were soft and added ramen noodles. The taste was good but i like my salt and for me this wasn’t salty enough but that’s an easy fix! I was never a huge fan of seaweed which might be why i wasn’t crazy about it. The next time i use it i am going to use it to make rice. If i had a friend that liked seaweed i would definitely recommend it. Thanks social nature for allowing me to try it.

5
Laura N. from Denton, Texas

This is the easiest Ramen to make. I just threw in some bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, seaweed, and soft boiled eggs with tofu. It taste as good as restaurant Ramen! Next bowl I’ll add some spice. Very delicious.

3
Cassie D. from La Puente, California

I tried Ocean’s Halo Ramen Broth and I think it’s okay to be used when you want to have ramen but don’t bother to make a soup base. However taste wise it’s really blended. This ramen broth looks thick and tasty but it lacks flavor. There are many better products in Japanese supermarkets.

5
Soumaya M. from Edmonds, Washington

This broth is incredible. I use it for my soups and noodles. My family love it and asked me to use for our cooking food.
I also added it last time to my chicken soup. The flavor was awesome and yummy.

5
Kiss H. from Germantown, Maryland

5
Billie K. from Royal Oak, Michigan

So I was quite surprised when I first got this Ramen Broth is the main ingredient is seaweed! If I would have not read the carton prior to trying I would have never guessed that! Overall, the flavor is well rounded and not overpowering. It tasted good over noodles and as a base for some slow cooker meals. I found the broth to be fresher tasting then other broths I have had in the past and that alone makes me want to use it more dishes. Plus, all the added health benefits of the seaweed! I would have never guessed that seaweed would make such a great broth. Highly recommended.

5
Kristen R. from Pomona, California

I tried both the ramen broth and miso broth and both were just as delicious as the other. For the ramen broth a i added noodles and veggies and for the miso broth I added firm tofu and veggies. So good!

5
Karen O. from Jeffersonville, Indiana

Before I finally got this I knew it must be good, because Walmart was always out of it!! I finally got it and we are using it all the time now!! It makes for an easy lunch and tastes wonderful!! Finding something that all my kids will eat is always a plus!!

4
Tiffany O. from Raymond, New Hampshire

I was able to find it at Wal-Mart. It was easy, quick and yummy. I loved that it’s organic as alot of these ramen soups have so many preservatives and artificial ingredients added. I Will be trying the pho soon.

5
Annastacia M. from Brooklyn Park, Maryland

I really enjoyed making my homemade Ramen soup with this pre-made broth from the recipes I saw online I decided to make the pork Ramen with some sobon flour noodles I added scallions leaks buk choy baby bok choy and bamboo shoots as well as of course an egg and it was delicious I would definitely say it looked as good as it taste I would definitely recommend buying this broth and stocking up on it for some delicious winter soups

We loved this product and made ramen with it.It made it easy to make a meal. We would purchase this item again. We didn’t know this item was available at a grocery store by us

4
Elizabeth Y. from Brookhaven , Georgia

Ramen broth by Oceans halo has a rich flavor that tastes great alone or in addition to added seasoning. The Ramen Broth is perfect for someone who is looking to amp up the base of their soup or would like to branch out from the traditional flavors that come with instant noodles. It has vitamin D and iodine so it is a healthier choice then the sodium packed seasoning packets when under the weather. It is made from sustainably ocean-farmed kelp but does not have a kelp taste. The broth is not clear and has a creamy look. Our whole family enjoyed it the taste of Ocean’s Halo Ramen Broth and we now have also picked up the Pho flavored broth! I received this product for free to give a review and my thoughts.

3
sandy R. from Kingwood, Texas

Well………I tried this item for free from socialnature. My family have never had seaweed or kelp so getting them to try this was like pulling teeth. I just cooked noodles in the broth. My husband loved it. The two kids tastes it and said they didn’t like the taste. I liked the fact it is full of different nutrients. I will be giving it another try in the near future.

5
Candace B. from Ambridge, Pennsylvania

One of my favorite snacks now is seaweed crisps so I love the fact that this broth is kelp based. It is much more flavorful than other broths that I have tried and there are so many different ways that it can be used. I keep it pretty simple by just adding chicken or beef, vegetables, and noodles. It is very satisfying and fulfilling. I would definitely recommend it to others. I am sure most would enjoy it just as much as I do.

4
amanda L. from Dayton, Ohio

4
Nikki C. from Lexington, North Carolina

I used this for my slow cooker pot roast. It was a tasty and interesting substitute to use instead of regular beef broth. The ingredients and brand are great. It is packaged well and readily available at Walmart near the Oriental section.
