I really love this product. Soup is a very important part for my family’s meal, especially in a cold winter. I found this ramen broth easy to prepare. I don’t need to use bones to cook for long hours to get good flavor. Also, the ramen broth in restaurant usually has MSG so this product is more healthy. I just add some vegetables, egg and noodles to make it more tasty.

I love Ramen Broth! I made a basic chicken noodle soup since I was sick with a cold, added in some fresh spinach, and the basics, along with some chives instead of regular onions. Let it simmer all day and wow! what flavor! I’ve had regular Ramen in my youth, but haven’t really given it a second thought in adulthood, but I think maybe it’s time to rethink that. This would be great to make a wonderful gravy with after basting a chicken, making all sorts of fried noodle dishes where you just need a splash of broth, or when making rice instead of water. And it’s price effective. BUT it loses points for availability with me. Walmart is supposed to carry it and it’s NEVER in stock, Target, you have to really search to find a store that has it. Some Ralph;s stores DO carry it though. I don’t think I’m willing to do that much travelling just to get this broth again, but if it is available, I want it.
