All Ocean’s Halo items produced are certified organic. Each of our manufacturing facilities follows a very strict allergen control program monitored by a third-party food safety organization. For products produced on January 1st, 2023 or later, full allergen cleanouts are conducted after each Top 9 regulated allergen-containing item is produced, in order to prevent any cross-contamination. However, if a consumer has a severe allergy that is NOT one of the Top 9 regulated allergens (i.e. Sesame, Milk, Eggs, Soy, Fish, Shellfish, Wheat, Tree Nuts, or Peanuts) we do not recommend consumption as there may be other ingredients, such as fruits and vegetables, present in the manufacturing facility and could be subject to cross contamination. Ocean’s Halo considers its organic and natural flavors as proprietary to our brand recipes. All Ocean’s Halo products clearly label any Top 9 regulated allergens in the ingredient lists on the packaging of our products for products produced on January 1st, 2023 or later.
