Tortilla Soup, featuring Ocean’s Halo Organic Tortilla Soup broth, and Shichimi Togarashi (7 spice).

Ingredients (serves 4)

1 carton of Ocean’s Halo Organic Tortilla Soup Broth.

1 can of corn.

1 can of black beans.

Vegetables: 1-2 bell peppers.

Protein: 1 small rotisserie chicken.

Toppings: 1 avocado, shredded cheddar cheese, fresh cilantro(to taste), Ocean’s Halo Organic Shichimi Togarashi, 1/2 lime, 4 tbsp sour cream, tortilla strips.


  1. Warm broth: Heat Tortilla broth in a saucepan over medium heat until warm.
  2. Dice avocado, bell peppers, and cilantro
  3. Shred rotisserie chicken and add to the broth
  4. Drain & rinse corn and beans and add to the broth
  5. Add bell peppers, cilantro, and lime juice to the broth
  6. Let simmer for 3-5 min then transfer to bowls.
  7. Top with avocado, sour cream, shredded cheese, some extra cilantro, and a sprinkle some shichimi togarashi to add a kick!
