Vegan Beef Big Noodle Bowl

This vegan take on a beef ramen bowl comes alive with green onions, carrots, bok choy and corn.

1.     Remove clear outer wrap and lid.

2.     Break up noodles into the bowl, then empty the seasoning packet and vegetable packet into the bowl.

3.     Pour 1 ½ cups of boiling water over the noodles and cover.

4.     Let sit 4-5 minutes, until the noodles are tender.

5.     Stir and enjoy! Caution, contents will be very hot.
